The District has partnered with WaterSmart Software to create a consumer engagement portal that will allow our customers to:

  • Perform one-time and reoccurring bill payments

  • Set up alerts & notification (alerts available to all customers by October 2019)

  • Enjoy mobile access to your records and alerts

  • Access previous bills

  • See where you are using the most water - get estimates of water consumption by end use
